The Tui Billboard Strikes Again

New Zealand has just passed the 'GCSB Bill" to allow for more international ...umm ...'co-operation' on security.

And our Prime Minister, John Key, stated - during all the protest which happened around the country against the introduction of this piece of legislation - that New Zealanders cared more about the decrease in the quota for the daily allowable catch of Snapper than the legislation.

Yeah sure, Mr Key. We Kiwis certainly care more about Snapper quotas than about your US buddy-buddy spy bill. Sure we do. Yeah, right.
