Education Success Factors from Microsoft

Somehow in 2009 I missed this great illustrator from Microsoft. They put together a load of success factor competencies in a wheel, clustered into meta-categories. It was used extensively in primary education in the US.

But I think it is worth publishing again. Not just for teachers, but for all of us. Take a good look and think about your skills, and use it to identify where you are weak. Use it for clients to help them see where they need to lift their game to stay competitive in the job market.
