McKinsey interview with Adam Grant

You may remember a while ago I reviewed Adam Grant's great little book, Give and Take, looking at the concept of the five minute favour. Dr Grant teaches at Wharton Business School in the US, and is very active in research.

Below is a video clip of Dr Grant being interviewed by Rik Kirkland (McKinsey Publishing's Senior Managing Editor), on why workplace 'giving' is a more effective personal growth strategy for us than is being selfish.
