Today we passed this milestone of a thousand members; a thousand people who are interested in careers, who are interested in what we have to say as a group.
So now we need to work hard to get some more discussion going, to post some more questions, to share some more resources and to generate some more involvement in this great cluster that we are building.
If you haven't posted before, PLEASE do! There are lots of ways that you can get involved, and be an active member of our growing community. For example, you can:

- Thank a poster with a quick comment on their thread
- Raise a point on a thread that enriches the learning for all of us
- Ask the audience by simply posting your own question thread
- Post your a link to a resource or outside article as a new thread
