Act of Leadership: from an entire school

Mrs Gabica had taught for more than twenty five years at St Julian's Primary School in Newport, South Wales. The school's motto is "Learning together, hand in hand".

True to this motto, when Mrs Gabica retired this month (July 2015), the entire school gave her a very special send off to one of her favourite tunes: the Lion King's "Losing You".



What an awesome act of leadership by the school's Principal, teachers, teacher aides and students in creating this flashmob. How many hours, love, planning and care went into - what must have been - a lot of diligent preparation for this event.
