IBM's New Font: Plex

This is interesting: IBM has created their own typeface. What is more, they are freely giving it away. Anyone who wants to use it can simply download it here by clicking "download IBM Plex".

Once the zip file downloads, navigate to the fonts area, and drill down into each of Mono, Sans and Serif for either PC or Mac.

Interesting. I can't remember a company ever having spent so much of its time creating a character set, then having given it away before. Nice work, IBM.
