Deleting all document comments in Word

I have written about this before (here), but I had a student stuck with how to delete all comments from a draft recently. So I created some - in my view - clear step by step instructions, which I then sent them, as follows:

1. First, we open the Word document we want to remove all the comments from.
2. We click on the first comment in the document.
3. We then go to the Review ribbon.
4. In the Comments section of the tool bar (ribbon), we click the down arrow below the "delete" button.
5. We drop that list down, and select "Delete All Comments in the Document".

Done.
