I have written before about the logistics of living way out in the country - as I do - when it comes to trying to watch webinars (here). The stuttering does get wearisome, and we do need good workarounds.
However, the habit of most webinar hosters in sending a video link afterwards is awesome, as it often means that I can download the video. Except Zoom videos. The "download" option often appears to be disabled.
But then I found that there is a way to download Zoom video, if we use the Firefox browser to do so (TQCB Loltigerflash-, 2021). Simply paste our download link into Firefox (entering our password if we require one), hold down the shift key, then select "Save Video As", pointing to the desired save location.
The file will download, and we can at last watch without stuttering. This is so good!
